Lead Like Mary Public Programmes
Over the last eight years I have had the privilege of working with
hundreds of people on my Lead Like Mary public programmes exploring authentic, effective and brave leadership together.
Cohorts are kept to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure optimum individual support and group interaction. These programmes are run remotely over a six week period.
During the programme we:
Explore timeless leadership principles
Introduce the concept of authentic leadership based on inspiring and enabling.
Explore Mary's ten traits
Maintain a strong focus on the practical application of the material at work, and in our whole lives.
The programme is delivered as follows:
Each week new material is sent to participants, to work on at a time of their choosing..
This includes podcasts, a summary of the week, self-reflection exercises and optional further reading.
The material takes about 1-2 hours to work through per week
At an agreed point in the week participants join me for an hour's
exploration of the week's material and its practical application. This is delivered up in a mixture of Zoom and Facebook Community Chat sessions, ensuring different learning styles are catered for.
An introductory call before the first week's material to get to know participants and set the scene.
An hours 1-1 coaching near to or after the end of the programme to focus on application of the material and future growth.
The fee for the programme is £325 per person.
