Working Together

Working with Barry

There are five basic principles I follow when I work with any client, large or small.

1. I aim to build long-term relationships with each of my clients based on mutual trust and respect. Without doubt my most meaningful and impactful relationships with clients (and the most mutually successful ones) are those which are built and prosper over a long period of time.

2. I take time to really understand the issues and challenges, which each client faces. I do this by always diagnosing before prescribing, through listening to truly gain understanding.

3. This in turn allows me to develop a solution, which precisely meets the needs of each individual client. I do not offer 'off the shelf' answers, every client's needs are unique and require a tailored solution.

4. Every solution must then be linked to measurable results. My interventions with clients should deliver a transformation in behaviour and performance. Unless this can be translated into actual measurable results it is impossible to truly demonstrate benefit.

5. Finally, working together should be an enjoyable experience. I have some wonderful relationships with my clients, many of which have been established over several years. Working together should be mutually rewarding and fun.
