My Purpose and Values Although I think it's crucial for organisations and teams to have a clear picture of why they exist (their purpose) and what's important to them (their values), I still too often come across instances where purpose and values are no more than posters on the wall. Often purpose and values statements have been imposed from a distant head office and are meaningless. I really hope and believe that this is not the case with my purpose and with the values I strive to live when engaging with my clients - so if you ever believe I'm not living them...TELL ME!!
